Recipe Gazpacho

Recipe for Gazpacho for 4 people

1 kilo of red ripe tomato
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
1 clove of garlic
1 Slices of bread
200 ml extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons vinegar
Salt (to taste)

Wash vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Put all of the cut vegetables in the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients. 

Blend well and strain. Test the gazpacho and if it is too thick you may add water.  Place in refrigerator and serve when cold.
